I haven't seen the shredded/torn leggings, but I agree that "tacky" is a good way of describing the look, Lol. I'd add distressed jeans to the list. I'm talking about jeans that are ripped (in multiple places) and/or paint splattered. Why anyone would want to pay $50.00 and up to be seen wearing such, is beyond me . . . Interesting.
